Charles heads up the Corporate Finance team in London and the South East. Prior to helping to establish HWCF Charles was the Director in charge of Deloitte’s South Coast Corporate Finance practice. Over the last 18 years Charles has completed a wide range of disposals, capital risings, mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins where he has led owner managers, local authorities and corporates through the initial marketing, negotiation, agreement of terms and completion.
