Paul is a chartered accountant, after graduating he spent 19 years with two of the big 4 accounting firms, specialising in corporate finance for most of that time. He has an MBA from Durham University. Paul’s expereience coverers lead advisory and transaction support assignments in a wide range of industries working with SMEs and listed companies.

More recently he widended his experience spending two years in the corporate finance department of one of the UK’s top 100 legal firms and a period as the finance director of a management buy-out company.
