Sean heads up the corporate finance team in the North West of England. He has extensive lead advisory corporate finance experience covering acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, private equity and strategic advice for private companies.

Prior to founding the HWCF (NW) operation, Sean worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Manchester and was also the Finance Director for a management buyout company which gives him a unique perspective amongst the professional community.

Sean has worked across a variety of transaction sizes from early stage start up to mature businesses worth £60m. He has particular experience in the following sectors:
