Andy graduated in 1987 with a degree in Accounting and Finance and joined KPMG in Manchester.

Andy joined HW Corporate Finance in May 2005, as the partner responsible for the development of a specialist partner-led transaction services practice in the North of England.

Andy has worked across a number of sectors, and transaction sizes and, with a team of local specialists offers a commercial hands-on approach to financial due diligence, providing his client base input at every stage of the investment decision, from initial investment consideration through to ensuring all the risks and opportunities are quantified, enabling an informed pricing decision to be made.
