Gregg has specialised in Corporate Finance for over 5 years since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2003. Prior to this, he was awarded his degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Sheffield University in 2000.
During his career, Gregg has worked within a wide range of industry sectors and completed a large number of corporate finance transactions including management buy-outs, buy-ins, acquisitions, company sales and the raising of development capital.
In 2007, Gregg was successful in becoming one of the first professionals in the UK to achieve the new Corporate Finance Qualification (launched by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) via the demanding examination route. In 2008, Gregg was promoted to Assistant Director within the lead advisory team.
