Gregg is a corporate finance specialist with 7 years experience having qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2003.

Since joining HW Corporate Finance Gregg has worked on over 30 assignments involving aggregate funding in excess of £100m. He has particular knowledge of the social housing maintenance, healthcare and vocational training sectors but also has broader experience of and is versatile in his approach to wider markets.

Gregg is predominantly a ‘lead advisor’ who advises, structures, raises finance and project manages a variety of corporate finance transactions to completion. He also specialises in financial modelling services on both transactions and for business planning. He has carried out a number of assignments of this nature for Private Equity Houses, Banks and Corporates.

In 2007 Gregg was one of only sixteen people that were successful in the first sitting of the new corporate finance qualification. The qualification was launched by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in order to benchmark the specialist knowledge required to advise in this area.
