Nick graduated with a degree in History from the University of Manchester and joined Ernst & Young’s audit department in 1997. In 2001, Nick moved into corporate finance, where he obtained experience of both Transaction and Forensic Services.
He joined HW Corporate Finance in January 2007 as Assistant Director within the Transaction Services department.
Nick has supported both buyers and sellers across a broad range of sectors and transaction sizes including manufacturing, hire, telecommunications, healthcare and logistics. He has also assisted in a number of successful AIM and full UK listings.
