Project and Change Management

 

Running alongside and complimenting the various elements of technical support we offer is a strand of pure project and change management.  We view project management as the science of ensuring all the structures, processes and entities required are in place, on time and on budget. 

 

Change management is the art of doing it in a way which motivates and stimulates the workforce rather than disrupts and demoralises them.  The art and the science are, of course, intimately connected.

 

We have a PRINCE 2 accredited project management team, and use PRINCE 2 methodology, but our clients appreciate their many years experience successfully delivering complicated projects in sensitive situations at least as much as the structure and control imposed by the PRINCE 2 environment.

 

As with all our other services we normally provide project management support embedded within the internal operational team, although we almost invariably fulfil the Project Manager role.
