Josie joined HWCF in November 2007 after qualifying as a CIMA management accountant whilst working for BAE Systems.  Josie brings years of industry experience having working within several business sectors within BAE Systems, including the R&D research centre and the Group Reporting office. 

Outside work Josie can be seen on the water, either competing in international sailing regattas or windsurfing.
